Ledge View Nature Center is a 105-acre county park and interpretive center two miles south of Chilton in eastern Wisconsin. Part of the Calumet County Parks system, it blends gardens, trails, and outdoor recreation with geology and natural history. The park has field and forest trails, an arboretum, themed gardens, a prairie, quarry, and observation tower, but its most unusual features are three natural solution dolomite caves open only by guided tour. As one of only two publicly owned park systems in eastern Wisconsin with caves open to visitors, it is also an educational site with exhibits, live animals, and school programs focused on local landscape and ecology.
