Bubba Midden is an archaeological site on Fleming Island, northwest of Green Cove Springs, Florida, near the St. Johns River. It is recognized as a historic site and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Added on March 2, 1990, it is significant for its preservation as an archaeological place in northeast Florida.
