Kentuck Knob, or the Hagan House, is a Frank Lloyd Wright home near Chalkhill in southwestern Pennsylvania, set on a knoll above the Youghiogheny River gorge. Commissioned by Isaac Newton "I. N." Hagan and his wife Bernardine after they admired Wright’s work at Fallingwater, it was designed as a Usonian house and completed in 1956. Built of redwood and local stone under a copper roof, its compact seven-room plan uses Wright’s late hexagonal geometry and ties closely to the landscape. Later renovated after a fire, the property opened for public tours in 1996 and remains a National Historic Landmark and notable example of Wright’s late residential design.
