Teaching Museum North in Roswell, Georgia, stands on the former Roswell Elementary site on Mimosa Boulevard and focuses on school-age visitors through participatory educational programs and exhibits for primary and secondary students. It was established in the spring of 1991, when the Fulton County Public Schools Foundation created two teaching museums. North became the Roswell location, while Teaching Museum South opened at North Avenue Elementary in Hapeville. It continues to serve students in the Fulton County school system as well as children from other schools.
