Rose Lawn Dairy was one of the largest dairy operations in Weber County and operated throughout the 20th Century. It was initially run by the Ekins family and later by the Storrer family through the 1980s, when the dairy closed. The only remaining structure served as the creamery, where ice cream was also made for the community. People throughout the region enjoyed the products made at this site, which Marriott-Slaterville City preserves as a historical landmark.
