Shenks Ferry Site, designated 36LA2, is a historic archaeological site above Grubb Creek in Martic Township, Pennsylvania, preserving evidence of a village and seasonal campsites from the Late Woodland period. Excavations in 1930, 1931, and 1973 by the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission established the site's importance as a record of prehistoric occupation in the lower Susquehanna region. Its significance was formally recognized when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
