Built around 1920 by the Atlas Car Company in Cleveland, Ohio, this 45 ton electric side arm car pusher locomotive was used at the Lower Lake Docks, also known as the PRR Coal Docks, in Sandusky, Ohio, and was donated by NS Corporation in 1992.
