Lifting Up is a sculpture created by Indiana artist John Mishler as a tribute to Mary Ellen Rudisel-Jordan, 1951-2013, architect and designer of Warsaw City Hall, and it was made possible by those inspired by Mary Ellen's ability to "lift us up" through her work and life.
