Five feet beneath this pyramid is a time capsule dedicated in 1975, measuring 10'x22'x8', and the pyramid itself was built in 1983. Its purpose is to preserve the present for future generations, with the time capsule set to be opened on July 4, 2025. The time capsule contains a new 1975 Chevrolet Vega with no mileage, a new Kawasaki motorcycle with no mileage, and thousands of letters and other memorabilia provided by merchants and residents from both the local area and across the nation. The pyramid contains a badly beaten-up 1975 Toyota and other memorabilia, and the walls in both the time capsule and pyramid are painted with murals by local artists. The Davisson Clan site centers on the world's largest time capsule, containing a 1975 Chevrolet Vega and a multitude of memorabilia from 1975, guided by the aim to preserve the present for the future.
