Built in 1905 by Giles Elam Romack and his wife Ephilus Elizabeth Milnor Romack, this home later became the residence of Harvey Edwin Romack after Ephilus Romack died in 1913, and he lived here until his death in June 1967. The home has never been moved, and its only remodeling has been the enclosing of a porch and the addition of two baths.
