Daniel Boyd House - c.1825

Built about 1825 by Daniel Boyd, a weaver, this house later passed from Daniel and Jane Boyd to the Methodist Episcopal Church in the 1830s, when financial difficulties led them to deed it for use as the church parsonage. Originally located in Caldersburgh, early Roscoe, the building was moved to its present location in 1989. It is the oldest building in Roscoe and the only one there to have been relocated.
