Old Mine Road

Old Mine Road connected Esopus (Kingston) on the Hudson River with the Pahaquarry Copper Mine. It was about 104 miles long and was built about 1650. Daniel Decker Ferry was established in 1756 and moved to Rosenkrans in 1898. The Lower Walpack Reformed Church, one-fourth mile west, was built in 1737 and moved to Flatbrookville in 1898.
