Created in 2021 as the People's Choice Award winner, Cat With Attitude was inspired by stray neighborhood cats that visited at night and represents how they reacted upon seeing people. The work was created by artist Greg Summers of Fremont, Indiana, in memory of Q.C. and L. J. Stevens.
