Pioneer Park honors those who have contributed to the growth and development of the Upper Valley. Histories are on file in the Museum Library. It was a civic improvement project of the GFWC Rexburg Civic Club, with labor and materials donated by local Scout troops, service clubs, church groups, and community businesses, and the monument was designed and built by the Upper Valley Building Contractors Association.
