Veterans from the North Union District served in the United States Armed Forces on land, sea, and air in peace, conflict, and war, standing ready to defend the country, suffering the horrors of war, being wounded, held as prisoners of war, missing in action, or perishing while protecting freedom at home and around the world; their strength, courage, devotion to duty, and love of country are remembered across generations, as all gave some, many endured more, and some sacrificed all.
