Carolina Crapo Memorial was a gift of Henry H. Crapo and other philanthropic citizens, and it was re-dedicated on July 16, 2000 in connection with the Sugar Hill Town Offices, Richardson Memorial Library, and Sugar Hill Improvement Association.
