Built in 1927 and designed by John Miller, the Racer is the last wooden Möbius coaster in North America, with one continuous track so that the train that begins on the right finishes on the left, and vice versa. It is Kennywood's second Racer; the first opened in 1910 and was removed to make way for this more-thrilling, "snappy" ride.
