Perry and Edith Mosberg used this building for their business, Mosberg Sporting Goods. They had two daughters, Barbara and Joyce, who lived next door in the Victorian house built in 1880 by Dr. Eli Teagarden. After purchasing the building, Jerry and Cynthia Paine found the original sporting goods sign behind the home. The sign was restored along with the building for Jerry’s Stereo in 2008.
