Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area stretches along both sides of the middle Delaware River for 40 miles from Milford in the north to the scenic Water Gap in the south. Part of the National Park system, it includes places to boat, fish, swim, camp, hike, and sightsee, with visitor centers at Kittatinny Point just off Interstate 80 at the Water Gap in New Jersey and, in season, at Dingmans Falls and Bushkill on the Pennsylvania side.
