Eliza Kellas, class of 1899, lived from 1864 to 1943 and became the first President of Russell Sage College. Katherine Kellas, class of 1892, lived from 1869 to 1941, became Preceptress at Potsdam Normal School, and later the first Dean at Russell Sage College.
