The Rudolph and Arthur Covered Bridge carried a road over Big Elk Creek between Elk Township and New London Township in southeastern Pennsylvania. Built in 1880 as an 80-foot Burr truss span, it was a practical late-19th-century covered bridge with vertical planking and eave windows that protected its timber while admitting light and air. Long recognized as a historic wooden bridge in Chester County, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Remnants of Hurricane Ida destroyed it on September 1, 2021, and it was removed from the register in 2022. The crossing was later rebuilt and reopened on October 15, 2025.
