This memorial is dedicated to all who served with honor and duty as they answered the nation's call to arms in times of war, in grateful recognition of all those heroes from whom the last true measure of sacrifice was required, and in humble acknowledgement of the blessings of Almighty God as peace and plenty are sought for all the nations of the earth on this 14th day of November, 2000.
