Amelia Island State Park, formally known as Amelia Island State Recreation Area, is a Florida state park on Amelia Island along the Atlantic coastal plain. Located on State Road A1A between Little Talbot Island State Park and Fernandina Beach, it encompasses 200 acres of beaches, salt marshes, and coastal maritime forests. The park preserves a compact but varied stretch of shoreline, wetland, and wooded coastal habitat, making it an important protected natural area on the southern part of Amelia Island.
