McGregor Mountain is a summit in New York’s Catskill Mountains, south of Stamford. It forms part of a cluster of nearby heights, with Utsayantha Mountain to the northwest, the Moresville Range to the southeast, and Churchill Mountain to the west. Its significance here lies chiefly in its place within the surrounding mountain landscape rather than in a separately noted historical role or landmark status. As one of several neighboring summits, it helps define the local terrain in this part of the Catskills.
