Flanders Historic District was a pre-Revolutionary village that achieved its greatest prosperity from 1827 to 1859. Its buildings include the Stone Mill, Miller’s House, United Methodist Episcopal Church, Parsonage, General Store, and the Creamery, built in 1909, the first pasteurizing plant in New Jersey.
