At Main Street over the West Branch of the DuPage River, a Works Progress Administration three-span concrete T-beam bridge served as the third bridge from 1931 to 2005; it was designed by D. E. McGrath and F. A. Roseman and built entirely by residents of Naperville. Since 2005, the current bridge at Main Street has been a two-span post-tensioned concrete bridge designed by Earth Tech, Inc. and built by Lakes & Rivers Contracting, Inc.
