Brimley State Park is a Michigan state park on Whitefish Bay at the eastern end of Lake Superior, near the village of Brimley and southwest of Sault Ste. Marie. Covering about 100 acres of lakeshore, it began in 1923 when the Village of Brimley donated an initial 38 acres to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to establish a recreation area. That gift formed the foundation of a larger public park along the water. Today the park offers camping, picnicking, swimming, fishing, and boating, along with an observation platform overlooking Whitefish Bay and the Lake Superior shoreline.
