Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site is a small public beach park on the northern Oregon coast in Oceanside, west of Tillamook, offering free access to a striking shoreline. Its 7.3 acres lie between the Pacific Ocean and steep hillside homes, with views north to Cape Meares and south toward Netarts Bay and Cape Lookout. Offshore, Three Arch Rocks stand within the Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge, supporting tufted puffins, common murres, pigeon guillemots, storm-petrels, cormorants, and Steller sea lions. The park is used for picnicking, fishing, wildlife watching, windsurfing, kite flying, beachcombing, agate hunting, and paraglider landings, and its tunnel through Maxwell Point leads to Tunnel Beach.
