This archaeological museum in Dolores, Colorado, has served since 1988 as the visitor center for Canyons of the Ancients National Monument, interpreting the long human history of the Four Corners region. Its exhibits draw from about 3 million artifacts, most tied to Ancestral Puebloan communities, and reflect a name change from Anasazi Heritage Center out of respect for modern Pueblo people.
