The property was completed on August 1, 1925 by F.M. Kelly of Portland. Its original tenants were E.W. Crain Sporting Goods and C.T. McKinley's Cigar / Soft Drink / Card Parlor. Through the years, the building was occupied by Ryan's Printing and Stationary, Leach's Food Market, Mann's Cleaners CD Cafe, Spudnut Shop, Chet Stewart Real Estate and Insurance, Dorothy's Draperies, Anderson's Florist, Steven-Did-It, and many more.
