The Milk River Hills are a group of hills in eastern Montana that rise to about 2,644 feet. Located east of Fort Peck in McCone County, they are identified chiefly as a named landform in the Fort Peck area. Rather than being presented as a heavily documented mountain range or a site tied to major recorded events, they are recognized primarily for their physical presence on the landscape and their geographic setting within this part of Montana.
