Cowboy Pink Williams was born on April 9, 1892, at Newberry, South Carolina, and died on April 1, 1976, at Caddo, Oklahoma. He served as Lieutenant Governor from 1955 to 1959 and as State Treasurer from 1963 to 1967. The building was erected in 1900.
