The Ogre is a summit in Idaho County, Idaho, within the rugged Seven Devils Mountains of the United States. At 9,222 feet, it is the 271st highest summit in Idaho. Its significance extends beyond elevation, as its name derives from Nez Perce mythology and connects the mountain to the region’s older cultural landscape as well as its physical geography. It remains one of the named high points in the Seven Devils range.
