A grape arbor built in 1916 by E. Warther and Frieda became the family's favorite place to gather every Sunday. The same vine planted that year still grew there as adults visited and children played in a homemade sandbox or in the playground below. Family and friends relaxed there over pie, and a table bearing a Masonic emblem, given by a friend though E. Warther was never a Mason, became a lasting part of Warther family traditions.
