The Peck Home was built in 1915 by W.B. and Anna M. Peck. Fred D. Peck and Ruth Monigold Peck, son of W.B. Peck, lived in the home from 1923 to 1928. Fred Peck purchased the Fort Bend Telephone Co. from O.L. Miller in 1923, and the switchboard was located in the east parlor. In 1929, the Pecks sold the home to A.A. Alexander, who lived there until 1980.
