Tom "Rose" Tomblin founded Christmas in The Park in 1994 for all to enjoy and was remembered for his dedication, leadership, and foresight. He was dedicated to his family and community, always looked for the good in others, and also served as a businessman, County Clerk, Sheriff, and Legislator. In December 2013, the 20th anniversary gave thanks for the memories associated with him.
