Averill Peak is a mountain summit in the town of Saranac in northern New York, within the Adirondack Mountains. It stands next to Lyon Mountain and is one of the named summits in the broad upland landscape of the Saranac area. Its significance lies in its place within this northern Adirondack setting and its close association with the nearby, better-known Lyon Mountain.
