The Civil War memorial was erected by Chaplain T.D. Swarts Post, No. 218, the W.R.C., No. 17, and the citizens of Moscow, Pennsylvania, and vicinity in honor of the departed soldiers and sailors of the War of the Rebellion, honoring their service, remembering their heroism, and respecting their sacrifice in 2018.
