Goins of Eaton, Melvin Ricky Green of New Paris, William Harry Hand of Lewisburg, James Marion Klink of New Paris, Dale Francis Koons of Eaton, Douglas Paul LeFever of West Manchester, Gary Gene Lincoln of Eaton, and Demnis Oliver McGhee of Gratis.
