The Buckingham Gordon Building was constructed in 1907 by G. H. Gordon and George W. Buckingham of Boulder. Businesses located here have included Clough Furniture Company, Hibb’s Clothing, and the Home Light and Power Company. The structure reflects commercial architecture of the early twentieth century, and the City of Greeley Historic Preservation Commission placed the property on the Greeley Historic Register in 1999.
