Atlanta’s World of Coca-Cola traces the history and branding of The Coca-Cola Company near the place where Dr. John S. Pemberton created the original formula in 1886 and Frank M. Robinson supplied the name and script logo. The current museum opened at Pemberton Place on May 24, 2007, replacing a downtown site that had operated since 1990 and drew about nine million visitors. Both versions centered on artifacts, immersive displays, and drink tastings, with the present museum adding exhibits on the secret formula, a 3D film, and global flavor sampling. It remains one of Atlanta’s best-known corporate museums.
