Wildcat Creek Bridge is a covered road bridge at Austa near Walton, Oregon, carrying Austa Road over Wildcat Creek near its junction with the Siuslaw River. Built in 1925, the seventy-five-foot bridge uses Howe truss construction, a timber design common in the region’s covered bridges. Its significance as part of Oregon’s surviving covered-bridge heritage was recognized when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The bridge was also included in a Lane County commemorative coin program from 2005 to July 2012 that helped fund maintenance and repairs, with 325 Wildcat Creek Bridge coins issued.
