Designed for day use, it includes parking, picnic areas, and a 60-foot observation tower reached by trail, where the rolling terrain is a central feature. Hiking and sightseeing are primary activities, while traditional seasonal uses are also allowed, including gathering edible mushrooms, nuts, and berries, and deer hunting in November during Wisconsin's nine-day gun season.
