Greenbo Lake State Resort Park is a Kentucky state park in the northeast near Greenup, centered on the three hundred-acre Greenbo Lake for boating and shoreline recreation. It combines lakeside scenery with facilities for both overnight stays and day visitors, including a thirty-six-room lodge named for Greenup County writer Jesse Hilton Stuart, a campground, swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature golf course, amphitheater, scuba refuge area, boat dock, and marina. More than twenty-five miles of trails support hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Beyond outdoor recreation, the park also serves as a community gathering place for events such as quilt shows, dinner theater, scrapbooking, and a five K race.
