The Swan Glaciers are a cluster of small glaciers in Montana around Swan Peak in the remote Bob Marshall Wilderness. Situated at about 8,000 feet in a high alpine environment far from developed areas, they form not one ice mass but a small concentration of separate glaciers. Sources place their number at roughly six to ten around the peak. Their importance lies in both their mountain setting and their position within one of the most isolated wilderness regions in the United States.
