Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company was built in 1917 and restored in 1987. Its board of directors included Arnold F. Habig as chairman, Everett Land as president, Thomas L. Habig as secretary, Harriett Brown, John B. Habig, Ronald J. Sermersheim, James M. Tucker, Douglas A. Habig, Maurice Kuper, H.E. Thyen, and Brian K. Habig.
