Jud Christie Covered Bridge No. 95
Transportation
Jud Christie Covered Bridge No. 95 is a historic wooden covered bridge spanning Little Fishing Creek on the boundary of Jackson and Pine townships in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1876, it is a 63-foot Queen post truss bridge, a compact design suited to short rural crossings. Also known as the Jud Christian Covered Bridge, it represents the 19th-century timber bridge-building tradition that once served local roads across the region. Its importance also rests in its place among the surviving covered bridges that make this area of Pennsylvania especially notable, including the historic covered bridges of Columbia and Montour Counties. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
