Emmett Goff, seen standing on the corner, constructed this drug store on the same spot where his West Crest Hotel burned in 1905. The business combined elements of a well-stocked drug store and soft drinks, ice cream and a smoking parlor. Four generations of the Goff family ran the business for 114 years.
