The Noak Farmhouse was built in the early 1900's, three miles southeast of Round Top, and was partly constructed with rooms from the Giese Farmhouse in the area. Willie and Irene Giese Noak married in 1920 and had six children, all of whom were born and raised in this house: Lydia in 1921, Kermit in 1923, Milton in 1926, Evelyn in 1928, William in 1932, and Wilbert in 1936. William "Bill" Noak gifted the house to the Society in 2006.
