The Swatara Ferry House

The Swatara Ferry House is a one and a half story log building originally constructed in two sections in the late eighteenth or early nineteenth century that served as the ferry house when a ferry boat crossed Swatara Creek at this point. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and was acquired by the Middletown Area Historical Society in 1981.
